What is your return policy?

NO REFUNDS!. Absolutely No Refunds or exchanges on orders!! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to the high volume of sales we cannot grant returns. Therefore, we ask that when making a selection that you choose carefully. We offer Exchanges, however product has to be in resalable condition before an exchange will be granted. We GUARANTEE quality items by inspecting every item prior to shipping to ensure superior products.

How long is shipping?

Shipping is 7 to 10 business days (WEEKENDS ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS) starting after the date the order is placed. There are rare cases where shipping is longer. We promise to always communicate with updates on your order, if there are any shipping delays. Once order is shipped and tracking information is sent to customer, we are not responsible for delivery delays or mishaps. If delivery confirmation is documented, then it is the purchaser responsibility to file a claim for missing packages with delivery courier service.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments through our website utilizing PayPal or you can request an invoice by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of the website. Once order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. After order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.
