DIRECTIONS: Using the applicator, or your finger, push one Pretty-V Pom into your vagina as far as it will go comfortably. Wash hands and applicator thoroughly after use. Repeat once or twice (day and night) as needed.  Reusable applicators included, be sure to wash and dry thoroughly after each use.  Wear a panty liner after usage to catch any leakage.

NOTICE: The vegan capsule dissolves completely after 4-6 hours.  Color of product may vary due to the nature of the all natural ingredients.  May resume sexual activity 12 hours after use.  Shelf life of two years, store in a cool, dry place.  Do not use if skin is open/cut.  If warming sensation occurs that means the capsule is not inserted far enough into the vagina.  Results vary per person.
